1. Returns

At GardenCorner, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must not be used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it
  • the item must be complete and returned with any accessories supplied
  • the item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect assembly
  • proof of purchase or the order number must be provided

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


2. Return shipping costs

We offer free return shipping.


3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gardencorner.co.uk and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem and the packaging, where possible

Where the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.


4. How to request a return

To request a return, please email info@gardencorner.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your request.

Once your request is approved, items must be returned to the following address:

This address is used for returns only.

Once a return request is approved, customers will receive instructions to download and print the return label. The return label must be securely attached to the parcel before shipment. Please ensure the package is properly packed to avoid damage during transport.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the item has been returned, where applicable.

If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it as you would in a shop, we may make a deduction to reflect any loss in value.

If applicable, the refund will include the cost of the standard delivery option originally paid. Additional delivery charges for premium or expedited shipping are not refundable.


6. Non-returnable items

We may refuse returns or offer only a partial refund in cases where:

  • the item has been used, assembled, or altered beyond normal inspection
  • the item is missing parts or accessories not due to our error
  • the item has been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
  • the product is made to order, personalised, or otherwise exempt from cancellation rights

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.


7. Important note on assembly

For safety reasons, we recommend that garden furniture is assembled carefully following the instructions provided. Damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper use, or unauthorised modification may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement, except where your statutory rights apply.
